Where Xerjoff Comes From

Xerjoff was formally founded in Turin, Italy, in 2007 by Sergio Momo and Dominique Salvo. Momo, born in Turin in 1964, worked as a painter and designer before studying perfumery in Grasse. His very first creation was a fragrance in a hand-carved quartz bottle, and orders from collectors turned that one-off project into a business. The house's signature cap was inspired by the Egyptian Museum in Turin, and it has been a hallmark of the brand since day one.
