These Terms apply to all users of the site, including, without limitatio,n browsers, customers, wholesalers, vendors, and contributors of content. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

2. Online Store Terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright).

Transmission of worms, viruses, or malicious code is prohibited.

A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of service.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Your content (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted across networks.

Payment data is always encrypted.

4. Product Information & Availability

Products and services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor’s color accuracy.

5. Wholesale Sales

Wholesale purchases (“B2B Sales”) are subject to these Terms in addition to any written wholesale agreement between you and Intense Oud.

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at our sole discretion. Minimum order quantities, resale restrictions, and regional limitations may apply.

Wholesale products are not eligible for return except in cases of verified transit damage.

6. Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Limits may apply per customer, household, or account.

You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

If we suspect fraudulent or reseller activity, we may limit or terminate your account.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers using the carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates only. Intense Oud is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Any damaged or missing packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for unopened products or items that arrived damaged in transit, as determined by our internal review team.
To initiate a return, contact info@intenseoud.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.

Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging. Unauthorized or used items will not be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except for confirmed damaged-in-transit products.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and without warranties. Use of such tools or links (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, marketing pixels) is entirely at your own risk.

We are not responsible for third-party content, sites, or transactions. Please review their own terms and policies.

10. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Intense Oud a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, modify, or distribute such content for marketing or promotional purposes.

You affirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful or obscene material.

We may remove content violating these Terms.

You remain solely responsible for your submissions.

11. DMCA & Intellectual Property Protection

Intense Oud respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
